Do I Need to Cleanse All My Data?

The answer is no you do not need to cleanse ALL of your data all at once. There is a caveat that I will get to later. People worry about cleaning ALL their data. A data manager from a pharmaceutical company posed this question: "We have a database of doctors. Some of them are retired. Do I need to cleanse the data for all of them?"
